We seek to provide a space for caring, compassion and courage. We humbly offer the gentle presence of a fellow sojourner through conversations, reading, meditation, and contemplation.

We draw generously from various therapeutic modalities, spiritual teachings and traditions, wisdom from both the ancient and the contemporary. We view life as ongoing journey towards wholeness – personally and relationally with our fellow man and nature.

In this space, we tell and share our stories of joy, victories, sadness and pain. We endeavor to listen deeply, instead of diagnosing or evaluating; to hear without passing judgements or trying to take responsibility for you. We connect at the axis of your presence, sharing our thoughts as and when you should ask for it.

We agree that:  “The mystery of one man is too immense and too profound to be explained by another man.
